The Sales Contest Manager role supports Adrenaline by contributing to the strategy, launch, and ongoing management of Incentive Programs, Bonus Programs, Sales Contests, and related marketing activities, under the governance of the Worldwide Incentive Compensation team.
Position roles and responsibilities:
- Use your prior marketing and program management background with Microsoft in either an FTE or v- capacity to manage the launch, evangelism, management and Insights and Learnings (ROI) for Incentive Programs, Bonus Programs and Sales Contests. Previous experience working for Microsoft in either FTE or Supplier capacity is required.
- Manage the development of initiatives from inception to launch and serve as the point of contact to the FTE budget owner and the subject matter expert who owns and drives performance of these programs.
- Coordinate with other Adrenaline team members to create validation reports, communications, and evangelism materials to enable field sellers worldwide to participate in the incentive and add to their paycheck.
- Manage overall budget, submit payroll reports, create Learnings and Insights (ROI) reports using templates and procedures defined by Microsoft's Worldwide Incentive Compensation governance.
- Cultivate and build on best practices within the cross-functional teams in terms of design standards, best practices, operations processes, etc. Lead calls with stakeholders; driving action items to obtain sign-off from clients.
- Previous experience at Microsoft in an FTE or v- role is required. Experience working in a Business Group (BG) or field role especially helpful.
- Self-motivated, self-starter – able to work independently but in a team environment with mutual dependencies and within a defined process.
- Sense of humor; empathy for field sellers; good teamwork skills.
- Conscientious; extreme attention to detail; focus on patterns of experience or knowledge of execution/marketing with a strong understanding of players. Microsoft Sales Eco Systems and keyways to impact to grow share.
- Familiarity with MSX, MS Sales, MSC, AHR, etc., monthly Rhythm of Business (ROB) dashboards and scorecards is helpful.
- Experience with Excel Pivot Tables, Power BI and Power Apps is required.
- AI Agents experience a plus.
- Very high attention to detail; Proven track record – working effectively with partners. field and internal teams to build and execute marketing strategies.
- Ability to work through complex organization structure to drive results.
- Ability to build relationships and influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytically strong.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

- $93,600.00 - $128,960 Annually
